Shaping Shugborough
A CarVisit on Wednesday 10th December

This visit is now fully booked. Any more bookings will now be put on a waiting list.
Our friends at Shugborough have invited members of the Staffordshire Centre to a special visit to Shugborough, offering an opportunity to see the progress being made as part of the 10-year Shaping Shugborough Project.
The ongoing reorientation works include the development of a new entrance, car park, and visitor welcome buildings. This guided tour, led by Project Officer, Duncan Hancock, will provide insight into these major improvements as they take shape and an opportunity to learn more about how Shugborough will look and feel when the new facilities open in 2026.
This visit will be restricted to members of the Staffordshire Centre and their guests and numbers will be restricted. The tour will start at approximately 11.30 and will last an hour.
Please note that due to uneven surfaces, unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Some areas may have loose or uneven ground; therefore, sensible footwear is recommended. Personal protective equipment (hard hats and high-visibility vests) will be provided on the day.
Meet : 10.50 at Shugborough Visitor Reception
Price : There is no charge for this visit but anyone who is not a member of the National Trust will have to pay the normal entrance fee. (£10 park and gardens).
