Our Policies

As a small, voluntary organisation, we are obliged to have certain policies and procedures in place to ensure that we look after our members and conform to relevant legislation.

We have decided to formalise our current operating procedures by publishing a series of policies and procedures, covering subjects such as data protection, privacy and safeguarding. They are listed below and can be viewed and downloaded by using the download links below.

If anyone requires a hard copy of any or all of these documents they are available by contacting the Secretary, but we reserve the right to charge an administration fee.
