Walks, Talks, Visits and More
During the year we organise a range of walks, talks and visits, as well as an annual holiday. Visits can be either by coach or by car. Walks are arranged in most months of the year and usually end at a pub – around lunchtime.
Talks are organised throughout the year at Walton Village Hall, cover a wide range of subjects and are followed by tea and biscuits.
Please remember to pre-book a place on all events. When booking a place on one of our events, you should be satisfied that you are suitably fit to participate in the activity as outlined in our programme.

Our 2023 holiday took us to Ilminster and the historic west country, where we stayed at the Shrubbery Hotel. With a day to explore Lyme Regis, visits to Tyntesfield, Barrington Court, Montacute House, the renowned furniture maker, John Makepeace, as well as Lytes Carey Manor and Tintinhull Garden, this was one of our most succesful holidays yet.
